Delivery Policy
A delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address. These fees are outlined in your shopping cart.
Orders must be received by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) in order to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) may be delivered the following day. While we do our best to accommodate delivery requests for particular times of day (for example, “2:00 PM” or “afternoon”), we cannot guarantee it.
We are happy to accept international orders if you call our shop directly at 724-274-8870. We cannot accept international orders over the Internet.
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not at their home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order.
Should any customer place an order and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order (subjected to 15% cancellation fee). If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong or incomplete office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. If new address is outside of the delivery range and we cannot deliver it, only 50% of the order can be refunded.
Cheswick Floral shall not be responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We cannot issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Cheswick Floral reserves the right to reject any order that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent.
Holiday Orders
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Should any of the above mentioned holidays fall on weekend dates, our shop will likely be closed for the duration of the weekend.
To ensure we are open and able to accept your order over a holiday weekend, please call us to check our shop schedule before sending.
Substitutions Policy
We will always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible. However, in certain situations, a particular flower, container, etc. may not be available. In this case, it will be necessary to substitute with content that is equal to the original value of your order. We use care in maintaining the style and color scheme of your arrangement as best as possible. Please note that, in certain situations, this substitutions policy may result in the final order being slightly different from what is pictured on the website.
